Welcome to 1st Class Services International. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before starting your project.

1. Overview

1st Class Services International provides digital services, including online store setup, branding, consulting, and e-commerce support. By accessing our site or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Service Scope

Each service package includes only what is listed in the description at the time of purchase.
Any additional work, features, revisions, apps, or add-ons not included in the purchased service will require an extra fee.

We do not guarantee business performance, income, or sales results.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due upfront unless stated otherwise.
Work will not begin until payment is received.

Deposits (if offered) are non-refundable.
Payment for completed or in-progress services is non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for third-party platform and software fees, billed directly by providers and separate from agency fees.

4. Revisions

Each service package includes a set number of revisions (usually 1–2 rounds).
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving initial drafts or previews.
Requests outside the project scope or additional revisions may incur added charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project completion, clients must provide:

  • Access to their online store or e-commerce platform
  • Branding assets (logos, colors, images, etc.)
  • Required business information
  • Product details (if applicable)
  • Timely responses to messages and emails

Delays caused by missing client information may push deadlines out.

We are not responsible for delays caused by unresponsive clients.

6. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided during onboarding, but may change based on:

  • Client responsiveness
  • Scope changes
  • Technical issues
  • Requested revisions

We do not guarantee delivery times but aim for timely, efficient completion.

7. Refund Policy

All services are digital and custom-created.
Completed or in-progress services are non-refundable.

Refunds are only eligible if no work has started on your project.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment and project completion:

  • You own the completed online store design
  • You own all content we create specifically for you

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Website & Account Access

You grant 1st Class Services International permission to access your online store and related platforms solely for the purpose of completing your project.

We do not modify or access any areas not required for service delivery.

10. Prohibited Use

Clients agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or resell our service process
  • Share proprietary templates or workflows
  • Use our service for unlawful purposes
  • Initiate chargebacks without contacting us first

Chargebacks made after service delivery will be disputed with documentation.

11. Errors & Omissions

Occasionally, there may be errors on our website or service descriptions. We reserve the right to correct or update information at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

1st Class Services International is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, sales, or data
  • Business performance or results
  • Third-party app or plugin charges
  • Any issues caused by client modifications after project completion

Our services provide only setup and consulting.

13. Termination

We may terminate a project if:

  • A client violates these terms
  • A client becomes unresponsive for 14+ days
  • A client engages in abusive or fraudulent behavior

No refunds will be issued for terminated projects.
