Return & Refund Policy

At 1st Class Services International, all services are digital and custom-built. Because of the nature of our work, all completed or in-progress services are non-refundable.

Refunds Before Work Begins

You may request a refund only if no work has started on your project.
Once onboarding, intake forms, account access, or any setup work has begun, your purchase becomes non-refundable.

Revisions

Each service package includes 1–2 rounds of revisions, depending on the package selected. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may require an extra fee.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide required account access, branding files, and timely communication. Delays caused by missing information do not qualify for refunds.

Disputes

Chargebacks for completed services will be disputed, supported by documentation of project activity and deliverables.
